Spooky Season Calendar Fundraiser: Oct 1st-31st

  • Instruction Sheet

    How it works:

    Each sponsor will pick a date, write their name in the box, and donate that amount to Benbrook Elementary PTA.

    Sponsors can pick more than one date!

    • For example: If I pick the 6th and the 20th, Then I owe $6 for the 6th and $20 for the 20th for a total of $26.

    Ways to pay: Cash, Check (made out to Benbrook Elementary PTA), or scan the QR code on the calendar. (Please Add $1 donation for processing fees).

    ALL CALENDARS ARE DUE ON OR BEFORE October 31st!

    CLASS REWARDS!

    • Each student that brings a filled out calendar to spooky skate night on october 28th will get 1 free parent admission.
    • The Class who raises the most money will receive a pizza party!

  • Calendar

    Feel free to share via social media for more donations, and students are welcome to have more than one calendar!

    • If you have more than one student at BES, you can use one calendar for the whole family.

  • Fall Stock the Teacher's Lounge

    The School is hosting a stock the teacher's lounge drive from October 6-10th - The homeroom class with the largest donation will win a popsicle party on October 31st!

  • Red Ribbon Week is back!

    October 27th-31st is Red Ribbon Week!

    Monday: Wear Red

    Tuesday: Wear Neon

    Wednesday: Wear crazy socks

    Thursday: Wear Camo

    Friday: Storybook parade!! Wear your costume

  • Spoooooky Skate Night!

    Join us for another fun filled skate night at Rollerland west! Wear your costume and get ready to have some spoookishly good fun! Admission is free for students of BES!
